The Interior

The uniqueness of Lavonca is enhanced by its interior designs and furniture. All the furniture of Lavonca has been chosen based on expert advice and imported personally from abroad. The combination of each furniture has been thoughtfully matched with one another and aligned with a range of sumptuous fittings, amenities and fabrics in the hotel. The wooden floor terrace at the rooftop designed to capture a city view over 180 degrees where it also can accommodate small gatherings and relaxation.

The Location

Lavonca is situated at a unique location in the heart of Colombo. Most of the city attractions are so close to Lavonca and the guests have easy access to them. The Colombo City Centre, ancient Gangaramaya temple, Crescat Boulevard shopping complex, Park street mews are some of the major attractions whilst, Fort Railway Station and the central bus stand are the major public transport hubs.

The Grand Opening

The Grand Opening of Lavonca was held on 26th of October 2018, with the blessings of Almighty God and followed by the traditional rituals of Sri Lanka such as boiling milk in a clay pot and lighting the traditional lamp by the two directors together with special guests. The ceremony was held in a spectacular manner and all who gave their fullest cooperation to bringing everything perfect at Lavonca were present along with the invited guests.
